Bright and Broomy Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 3rd, 2026

Bright and Broomy understands that schedules can change. To provide reliable service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and access policies:

1. Cancellation Notice

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • 25 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or through our booking form only. Cancellations submitted verbally to our cleaning staff will not be accepted.

2. Lock-Out Policy

If Bright and Broomy arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the property, 50% of the service total will be charged to your account. If you choose to reschedule the service for a time when the property can be accessed, that service will be charged as normal and subject to our cancellation policy.

To avoid lock-out fees:

  • Ensure someone is available to provide access at the scheduled time, or

  • Make alternative arrangements with our team in advance.

3. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Rescheduled services are subject to availability but follow the same notice periods above for fee assessment.

4. Payment and Credits

  • All cancellation or lock-out fees will be charged using the payment method on file.
