Bright and Broomy Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 3rd, 2026
Bright and Broomy understands that schedules can change. To provide reliable service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and access policies:
1. Cancellation Notice
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
25 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or through our booking form only. Cancellations submitted verbally to our cleaning staff will not be accepted.
2. Lock-Out Policy
If Bright and Broomy arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the property, 50% of the service total will be charged to your account. If you choose to reschedule the service for a time when the property can be accessed, that service will be charged as normal and subject to our cancellation policy.
To avoid lock-out fees:
Ensure someone is available to provide access at the scheduled time, or
Make alternative arrangements with our team in advance.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Rescheduled services are subject to availability but follow the same notice periods above for fee assessment.
4. Payment and Credits
All cancellation or lock-out fees will be charged using the payment method on file.
